Sorahana Rose A shrub rose cultivar developed by Keiji Kunieda in Japan and released in 2022. Its Japanese name is Sorahana (そらはな), and it is also translated into Chinese as “Tiankong” or “Suolahana”. It belongs to the “Miyabi Series” of roses.

Plant Characteristics: The plant grows upright, reaching an approximate mature height of 100 centimeters. It is a medium-sized shrub rose, which is suitable for flower bed planting, courtyard arrangement and potted cultivation.
Flower Traits: The flowers are large-sized with a diameter of 8 – 10 centimeters. They present a pale pink hue, and red spots may occasionally appear on the petals. The flower centers have a slight apricot tint. A prominent feature is that the flower undergoes a dramatic transformation from bud to full bloom, finally unfolding into a dahlia-like appearance— a key characteristic shared by all cultivars of the “Miyabi Series”.
